A: The Quest Squad Loyalty program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points when you complete Missions, and purchases on QuestNutrition.com. The points are redeemable for rewards.

A: Active Quest Squad members who are residents of the United States or Canada.

A: It’s easy! Just make sure you already have an account on QuestNutrition.com using your Quest Squad email. Then, you’ll go to www.questsquadrewards.com, log in with your Quest Squad email and password, accept our Terms & Conditions, and you’ll be on your Quest to earning points! Please make sure you use the email address associated with your Quest Squad profile – otherwise our system won’t recognize you.

A: If you sign up by Nov 30, 2020, you will get bonus sign-up points. All Quest Squad members will need to be signed up in order to earn and redeem points.

A: For every Mission you complete, you will earn a set number of points. You also earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at QuestNutrition.com.

A: Yes! For every $1 you spend on your QuestNutrition.com account, you will earn 1 point towards the loyalty program. Additionally, points can be earned through other special activities, such as surveys. Missions are the core way to quickly earn points and to stay active in Quest Squad, so make sure you complete them!

A: When making your purchase, please make sure you are logged in using your Quest Squad email. Points earned from purchases will automatically be added to your total points earned.

A: You should see your points from your purchase within 7-10 days, typically around the time that your order has been processed and shipped.

A: Points earned anytime from January to December in a calendar year and not redeemed by December 31 of that year will rollover once, and must be redeemed by March the following year.

A: You must complete at least 5 Missions in the prior quarter in order to reach Quest Star status!

A: You must have achieved Quest Star status for 3 consecutive quarters in order to become a VI-Q member!

A: The Quest Squad program has dedicated times for points redemption, a.k.a. “redemption windows.” Check your email and Quest Squad Newsletters for when the next redemption window will open!
